I'm posting this because you guys HAVE to hold me to the fire. I need to post more!! I came to SconeFest in SF so I met a few of you there. You guys are awesome! I used to post on PPK but I don't go on it often anymore.

Me: I'm in grad school (MPA). Working my butt off but greatly appreciative that I have this opportunity. I hope to get more politically involved with veg-positive policy reform. I sometimes work at my family's italian restaurant in San Francisco to make a little extra cash. Man I need an internship in my field.....

Here I am with John Waters. He's my favorite non-vegan human being on the planet. I've been obsessed with him since I was a little girl, and randomly meeting him at my family's restaurant this summer made my life. It's the only picture that matters:

Veggie Tweets tweeted this earlier today and it totally made my day: "yo vegetarians I'm really happy for you and imma let you finish but vegans are the best people of all time!!" Old. But the must genius use to the joke thus far.
