Should they drill for oil in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge?

I was just wondering what people in general think about drilling for oil in ANWR up in Alaska. Now keep in mind they are already drilling for oil up there in the National Petroleum Reserve, but there is additional oil to be had in ANWR. What is your opinion?
