Ate with leftover rice and Moong beans spicy curry and Naga chutney. :)>>>

So......... now me, storm and you can form our own Chiliheads club..what say you? :agree?:

Tuesday:

coffee
red pear
banana
tomato juice
Cuban bread
4 cookies (bad)
Odwalla superfood
spicy red pepper soup (that wasn't spicy enough because my brother had picked all the ripe black dragons off his plants so I had to use 2 Tabascos and 1 Serrano and they just don't have enough heat)

Some of that Delicious Pakistani Dhal I froze last week. It defrosted a little watery, but no loss of flavour. Yumbles.

Tonight, greenbeans sauteed with garlic and cumin and paprika. Deeelish.

ZOMG my PB&J brownies smell INSAAAAANELY good. I ended up going with raspberry preserves instead and will probably drizzle with the chocolate spread I got on Sunday at Pangea. Mmmmmmmm!

im jealous of your friends!  those sound so freaking good!!!  (post pics!)

Oh they werrrrrrrrrrrrre. I'm going to have to post this recipe to VW, because they were AMAZING, if I do say so myself. Next time I will do a little more cocoa, b/c they weren't too chocolatey, but STILL. Okay, pics to come tonight.

Allychristine, your dinner sounds delicious. If you don't mind me asking ... how did the kale and garlic soup come out? I wanted to try that one, too, after watching Colleen's video. Also, which homemade wheat bread recipe did you use? Thankyou. :)

Thank you! The soup is very good. I did make a few modifications, and one slight mistake, however. I didn't have any broth (or cubes), so I just used water, and added some spices. I added lots of Spike, some mixed seasoning ("poultry" seasoning), and some kelp powder. I had never used kelp powder before, so I wasn't aware of it's strength! The soup came out slightly "fishy" (not in a bad way)..just a bit strong. I think I also used some garlic powder b/c I only had 4 really huge garlic cloves. A whole head would have been great. I think it's a great, simple soup! Oh, and I used kale. ;)b

I used the easy, decadent no-knead wheat bread (http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=5732.0). It tasted pretty good, and was very simple..but mine didn't really rise, and it was dense. Like I said in my review, this could have been my fault b/c I used some different flours. It's a fairly good soup bread. I've yet to find a good homemade sandwich type bread. Any suggestions?

:)

This sounds like fun.  It will make me look at what I eat everyday.

I notice a couple of people posting here who are from Ontario, Canada... I'm from London, Ontario, too. :howdy:

Brunch (woke up late): leftover peanut pasta salad with red and green peppers, green onions, and carrots (http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=7472)
Snack:  homemade chocolate\nut butter soy yogurt
Supper: Brazilian black bean stew (with lots of veggies and sweet potatoes in it) over brown rice
Snack: some pumpkin seeds

Looks like I was missing a leafy green and some fruit.  I might have an apple or an orange soon.
