Subst for heavy cream

I have a veg primavera recipe that calls for a cup of heavy cream. Are there good non dairy dubstitues for that? Should I use silken tofu, and would I use 1 cup? Thanks!
hey i would use the silk coffee creamer, its the closest thing i can think of
