Hey kiddies,

The date seems to have been decided. Dec 26th.

If you want anymore info, I need your email asap so I can send out evites!!

I'm looking forward to this potluck. Do you know yet what you want to bring?

if u need another main dish i think this tofu dinner loaf looks yummy: http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/recipes/recipe.php?recipeId=1774 (you can see the pic of it on this website) http://theveganmouse.blogspot.com/search/label/casserole

That sounds really good, amymylove. I love mashed potatoes and I can't remember the last time I had cheesecake. Thanks for the recipe suggestion too. Yum!

Just  make sure your dishes are vegan and gluten-free too, to accommodate at least a couple of guests.

Thank you so much. :)

Are you kidding me, amymylove? That's an unbelievable line-up of food. That would be great! All the recipes look delicious.

Hanashi, can you check out these recipes? I know Whole Foods has really good gluten-free bread crumbs, wonderfully seasoned, for that tofu loaf. If you can't find gluten-free crumbs I'm happy to make the loaf because there's a Whole Foods near me.

i can probably find the crumbs at mothers market... i am going next week... should i cook the tofu loaf at my house and people can pop it in the microwave or prepare it beforehand and pop it in the oven at yours?

You're welcome to use my oven if you like, or simply reheat in my microwave. Whichever is easiest for you. I think recipe says it takes about an hour in the oven.

r we eating actually eating at 430ish because if so i will cook it before hand... if u aren't planning on eating right away i may just pop it in the oven for an hour but have my other food ready to go (with a quick nuke)

That's totally fine if you bring it over and pop it in my oven. We can enjoy conversation, a light appetizer or soup, until the loaf is ready. So far it looks like it will be a small group.
