Yummy Whole Wheat Pancakes
What you need:
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons olive oil
What you do:
Mix dry ingredients first. Then add water and oil. Mix well. Cook on hot skillet. Eat until completely satisfied.

We made a mistake on these and it turned out so good! We doubled the recipe, but did not double the water. Delicious and incredibly fluffy :)
Then, we made them the correct way a few times and were disappointed until we figured out our mistake. Also, we added choco chips- how can you not like them?
