MaryEllas Best Whole Grain Pancakes

What you need: 

1 egg replacement equivalent
1/2 water or soy milk
1/2 tablespoon oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup wheat, barley or rye

What you do: 

If the batter is too thick add more water (soymilk), if to thin add more flour. Mix and drop on a hot griddle or fry pan to the size you like. Top with your favorite toppings. My kids LOVE this and its very quick and easy. I usually times the ingredients by 5 and that's enough to feed the kids with and have some left for another meal or to freeze.
