Wheat-Free Waffles

What you need: 

3/4 cup water
4tsp. oil
1/2 cup Amaranth flour
1/4 cup brown rice flour
1/4 cup glutinous rice flour
1/3 cup arrowroot powder
4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vegan sugar

What you do: 

1. Plug in your waffle iron. 2. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately 3. Fold wet ingredients into dry, stirring minimally. A few lumps are all right. 4. Pour onto hot waffle iron, covering well, close cover and do not open until very little steam is coming out the sides. 5. Serve hot with vegan margerine and maple syrup or your favorite topping.
