Vegan Kraft Dinner (Easy!)

What you need: 

1/4 cup almond milk or water
1/4 cup hummus
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
2 cups dry wild rice pasta, cooked according to package instructions

What you do: 

1. In a pot, combine almond milk, hummus, nutritional yeast, olive oil, salt, and pepper; blend until combined.
2. Stir in cooked pasta and heat through.

This recipe takes only a couple minutes to whip up and the ingredients are relatively uncomplicated. You probably would have most of them lying around your refrigerator as we speak! Good, cheap vegan college fare :)

SO HOW'D IT GO?

yum. definitely tasty. nothing like kraft dinner, but easy and satisfying. i used sabra hummus- roasted garlic, and instead of nooch, i used chipotle parma. yum yum yum

I make something similar to this and enjoy it.  I will have to give your recipe a try this week and see if I like it better. :)
