Macaroni Skillet

What you need: 

1 cup elbow macaroni
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound textured vegetable protein
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 can chunky vegetable soup
oil
salt and pepper (to taste)

What you do: 

Cook macaroni.
Sauté onion and garlic in oil until translucent. Add vegetable protein, parsley, basil, salt and pepper. Heat for just a minute or two.
Add vegetable soup, stir. Cook over medium heat until hot.
Add macaroni and continue to heat for a few minutes until everything is nice and warm.
Easy and quick. Enjoy!
