Turkish Three-Pepper Tomato Salad

What you need:

2 green peppers, diced

2 red peppers, diced

1 yellow or orange pepper, diced

10 Roma tomatoes, diced

1/3 cup red or white onion

3 tablespoons cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

What you do:

Mix all ingredients in a large salad bowl.

I like to add this salad to some rice and half an avocado. You can also add some nutritional yeast and/or Ginger Nama Shoyu to boost the flavor.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Usually, I don’t have tomato salads much, as I never have found it much appealing. And the ones we get around here is the ordinary tomato salads which is made of just one kind of tomato. But this looks promising and is a variety to try out.
