Tofu Nuggets
tofu (regular, extra firm)
bread cruumbs - any brand....i prefer homemade.
flour
water
vegetable oil
Cut up the block of tofu into 2x2 inch squares.  Then in a bowl, mix together some flour and water, so that its a little thick, but mostly watery.  Roll the tofu blocks in the flour/water.  After making sure you have coated the whole squares, roll them in a bowl filled with vegan breadcrumbs.  Try to be sure that they are fully cover with the vegan breadcrumbs.  Then drop them gently into hot vegeatble oil.  You can use either a fry daddy or just a frying pan/pot.  Let them cook for about 3-5 minutes.  Make sure they do not burn to a crisp!  Keep them moving around while cooking.
Then let them cool - and enjoy.  I prefer to dip them in Annies Green Garlic dressing!  Yummy!!!!!
