Easy Lime and Pepper Tofu
What you need:
firm or extra firm tofu
white mushrooms
broccoli
soy sauce
1 lime
olive oil
rice
fresh ground black pepper
What you do:
First of all, let me say I'm not a great cook, or good at giving directions. I just eyed all amounts. So any amounts are approximate. This is just a quick meal I tried that I enjoyed, as well as my meat eating girlfriend. So I figured I'd pass it on. If a similar recipe has been posted, I apologize for duplicating.
