Italian Tofu

What you need: 

1/2 package extra firm tofu
1 green pepper
1/2 onion
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 jar chunky style Ragu

What you do: 

Chop vegetables and garlic.Cut tofu into small squares.Heat olive oil in pan on medium heat.Fry vegetables until tender.Crumble and add tofu.Add sauce.Cook for 5-10 min on medium heat.
