That's Amore! Raw Pizza

What you need: 

1 cup sprouted rye
1/2 cup sprouted barley
1/2 cup sprouted spelt or oats (you can sub for any of the grains, whatever you have)
1/2 cup soaked sun dried tomatoes
1/4 cup onion
2 garlic cloves
can add olives or carrots or red peppers if desired, easy to play with this
1 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
pinch of salt and pepper
I like to add a little cayenne
water as needed

What you do: 

Place all ingredients in processor. Grind up well, then slowly add water, grinding more, scraping often, until a paste is formed. Spread this onto non stick sheets ( I use fruit roll up sheets that came with my dehydrator). Spread evenly and pretty thick, about 3/4 inch, unless you want a really crisp crust. My dehydrator is big, so it only takes one tray for me. Tie varies by dehydrator. It takes mine about 2 hours at 115, (AT THIS TIME SCORE A COUPLE SLICES OUT OF IT WITH KNIFE) then turn temp down to 105 and leave until dry to touch and able to easily! flip over with spatula. That takes about 2 more hours. Once flipped, leave uniytl to your liking. I like mine crunchy on the edges, soft in the middle. Once done, be sure to store in the fridge in airtight container.
PIzza Sauce: 1/2 cup of soaked sundried tomatoes, water as needed, 1 tablespoon olive oil, pinch of thyme, pinch of salt, process
Also! See recipe for raw cashew cheeze, It is great on pizza. Add some lemon and nutritional yeast to it before spreading on pizza.
Now put sauce and cheeze on your done pizza crust, add you fav toppings, like bell peppers (it really tastes like pizza with peppers and onions!!) mushrooms (soak for ten minutes first in salt water) etc.
I personally really like beets on it! If you add avocado or pineapple, do that right before you eat.
Place the prepared pizza slices back in the dehydrator at 105- 115 (depending how long you wanna wait) and Voila! It's Amore!
Remember you can sub ingredients, but the tomatoes and spices really help it to taste like pizza bread that you can even eat on your own. YOu can drop those ingredients if you want a plain tasting pizza crust.
