Tangy Mango Salsa
What you need: 
2 mangoes peeled and diced
1/2 cup of red onion
3 tablespoon orange juice
3 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon cilantro
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
What you do: 
Combine all ingredients, mix well and let stand for at least 30 minutes, better if made the day before.
