SO HOW'D IT GO?

Oh, yummy, yummy, yummy. <3
I made these tonight (obviously). Accidentally burned a few on one side but they were still amazing.  I just topped mine with baby spinach, alfalfa sprouts, a little bit more chili sauce, and a decent amount of ketchup. I had them with steamed green beans.
I am definitely making these again.

I usually never make veggie burgers that aren't bean burgers because more often than not I hate the taste of fake meat as much as I hated the taste of real meat, but since yves asian ground round was on special at the supermarket, I decided to try these out.
Now, my mistake of not realizing that the ground round is a crumble was easily solved by adding a 2 tbsp flour, which made it hold together splendiferously! I added chopped mushrooms, 1 clove of garlic, and grated the ginger.
End result: Top Notch, Milladio!  ;)b
These burgers make me as happy as a chap who'd thought a cat has done its business on his pie but it turned out to be an extra large blackberry!  ;D

These were pretty good! I used to love Gimme Lean "sausage," but then converted to Tofurky (and Gimme Lean started to taste a little too artificial). The seasonings in this are perfect, and since it's Gimme Lean the patties held together perfectly. I'm glad to find a new way to use sweet chili sauce, but the mayo/soy sauce/sweet chili sauce spread is ok. It's not disappointing or anything, but I think the burgers can definitely stand on their own, and I wouldn't go out of my way to make the spread.
Cool idea.

this was pretty good.  I used Gimme Lean Sausage, which on its own I think is alright, and this did definitely spice it up some and make it better. but, overall, i am not a big fan of Gimme Lean Sausage, so it was a bit much for me to be eating a whole burger made from it! i cooked them til they were black, which gave them a good texture, and my husband really liked the burger.

This was super yummy! My husband (who eats meat) even enjoyed the burgers!

These were very tasty, and a creative way to use Gimme Lean sausage.  I didn't have any buns, so I had my burger cut up on top of a salad, and thinned the chili mayo with a little soymilk for dressing.  Nice and spicy, and very very good!  :devilwink:

This bad boy has been in my recipe box for a long time and I finally made this tonight and it RULES!  I put more sweet chili sauce on the burger.  Served it with carrot fries dipped in more sweet chili sauce.  Wow, that was good. ;)b

Note: We cook ours until they are just evenly blackened, and they do not have a charred flavor.
