Stuffed Mushroom Caps

What you need: 

2 tablespoons raisins
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons water
9 jumbo white mushrooms
2 tablespoons Italian salad dressing
1/3 cups walnut pieces
salt and pepper, to taste

What you do: 

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and grease a baking sheet. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine raisins, onion, balsamic vinegar, and water for about 5 minutes.
2. Take out stems of mushrooms and brush Italian salad dressing on mushrooms, so that all surfaces are evenly coated. Set on a prepared baking sheet.
3. Put chopped mushroom stems in caps, along with walnut pieces, and raisin-onion-vinegar mix. Add salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes.
Enjoy.
