Strawberry Tofu Smoothie

What you need: 

1 block silken tofu (soft or firm)
1/2 bag organic frozen strawberries
1/3 cup Ginger Ale
agave nectar to taste
i/2 ripe banana (optional)
6 ice cubes

What you do: 

Pulse all ingredients in blender until smooth; finish on high speed until pureed and creamy. enjoy!
Deeeelish !
(For a different berry, try frozen raspberries or blueberries; they are very good as well, and full of nutrition.)
