Spiced Grilled Cauliflower Steak

What you need: 

1 large head cauliflower

1 Tbs cumin

1 Tbs corriander

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 garlic clove minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)

salt n pepper to taste

1 tbs oil (choose any oil you prefer)

What you do: 

1. Slice cauliflower lengthwise (down the middle including the stem) into thick "steaks". One head of cauliflower usually makes about 4 "steaks".  (save the remaining florets for other uses)

2. Combine dry spices and rub onto the cauliflower. Then rub oil and garlic on. 

3. Grill cauliflower for about 5 minutes per side. If you are not grilling, then cook in a pan for the same amount of time over medium to high heat. 

4. Serve with sides.

That sounds to be a great variety. I have tried so many meat steaks and since then I have always managed to try the varieties in this dish. But, never have come across a vegetarian steak. I would definitely try this out.
