Soy Sauce-Horseradish Mushroom Sandwich

What you need: 

4 large portobello mushrooms
2 tablespoons of horseradish
1 cup of soy sauce
1 medium white onion
2 cups of spinach
1 loaf of vegan sourdough
4 cloves of garlic

What you do: 

Chop onions and garlic, and then clean mushrooms. Put both into bags with the soy sauce and horseradish, and mix it around. Heat a skillet to medium heat, and cook until brown. Chop spinach and slice bread. Heat both in a toaster oven, then place onions and mushrooms on sandwich and serve.
