Salad Topping

What you need: 

1 cup of raisins
1 cup of crushed raw almonds
1 cup crunchy chow mien noodles (homemade or store bought)

What you do: 

I make a lot of this and store it in the pantry in an air tight container.
If I am making the noodles myself, I just break up a package of chow mien noodles and pan fry in a little bit of olive oil until brown. Then simply mix together and serve on any vegetable salad.
The raisins add a bit of sweetness, and the almonds and chow mien noodles add another texture to your salad.
