Really Easy Pancake Batter

What you need:

1 tablespoon Self raising flour
water

What you do:

1 tbs of self rising flour will probably only make about 1 pancake! So, you just have to increase the amount of flour and water.
All you do is mix up the flour with a bit of water into a paste then add more water to make a batter-like consistency. If it goes too thin all you need to do is add a bit more flour and if its too thick add more water.
Just use this as a normal pancake mixture in a frying pan with a little oil! Its delicious, absolutely no difference in taste from a usual pancake!
NB: What I did last night as well is to make deep fried tofu fritters. Just cut regular firm tofu into pieces, fried off a bit, dried off on kitchen roll, rolled in a little flour and then covered in the batter and fried for a few secs on each side in hot oil till you get lovely crispy fritters!
