Quickedy Split Channa Masala

What you need: 

1 can Jyoti brand Masala Sauce
1 15 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained
1 tomato, washed and diced
1 green bell pepper, washed and diced
2 to 3 tablespoons oil
1 small onion, washed and diced (optional)

What you do: 

This is by no means an authentic recipe, nor is it as tasty as the "real deal." However, if you don't have much time and are in need of a hearty meal, give this one a try.
Heat oil in a large cooking pot. Sauté bell pepper, tomato, and onion (if desired) until vegetables are tender and onions are translucent. On medium or high heat, this should only take a few minutes.
Add garbanzos. Stir in, coating beans with vegetables. Add masala sauce. Mix well.
Once warmed, serve with rice, naan, roti, if desired. Enjoy!
