Pumpkin Chocolate Healthy Indulgent Shake!
What you need:
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons sweetener
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1-2 cups ice
shake cinnamon, optional
What you do:
Place all in blender and crush, crush, crush!
Devour! Only about 120 calories depending on choice of sweetener, includes a veggie, chocolate, and just a little good fat from the almonds.

Just made this and my kids love it! We did use the pumpkin pie mix in a can and just didn't add extra sweetener. Very easy and good!
Yep, really good. I prefer this version over the other pumpkin smoothies listed.
I adore this recipe. I did something similar to propinecone, and it ended up like mushy ice cream - delicious is all I can say!
In that case I would make 2 or 3 of them...LOL

delicious! i used about a tbsp agave, a 2inch piece of frozen banana (from my bag o' frozen banana chunks), about a half cup of soymilk, and probably only 1 cup of ice.. i kept the cocoa, pumpkin and cinnamon the same. it came out extra thick since i used less soymilk and i ate it like ice cream. this is so awesome and full of healthy pumpkin!! i love it and i bought another can of pumpkin today so i can make more of these.
