SO HOW'D IT GO?

If you want this for desert (see: not as healthful and a bit sweeter), here's a variation:

scant 1/4 cup choc chips
1 tbsp PB
1 Tbsp brown sugar
3/4 cup (or less) soy milk
3/4 cup frozen strawberries

melt choc, pb and a splash of soy milk in a double boiler JUST until smooth (will be about 100 degrees, or close to your body temp)

blend FROZEN strawberries, remainder of soy milk and brown sugar in blender.  add melted choc-pb mixture and blend a bit more.  top with berries:)

this variation is ALMOST thick enough to be called "pudding".

Very nice! I added something to sweeten it a bit, because I was in that sort of mood. Good recipe. :D
