SO HOW'D IT GO?
This blew my mind.... I spent the whole meal eating and patting myself on the back!!!! Thank youuuuu.
DELICIOUS!!
I made this without the sesame and cornstarch and on the grill. I pressed the tofu, then marinated the tofu for about an hour. It was amazing!
We really liked this recipe. I had to cut the sweetener down though. I used about 1/2 cup maple syrup and I could have decreased it a little bit more. I added some zucchini strips in with the tofu. Overall a very good recipe, that I would made again.
This is the best tofu recipe I have ever had! Thank you for the recipe!
I forgot to take out the sesame seeds I left toasting in the oven.
I had no sesame oil and used a touch of Olive oil instead. I forgot the garlic. No scallions either.
I used maple syrup as my sweetener, slightly less than 2/3 cups and added more tamari than called for.Other than that I followed the recipe exactly. Except I used powedred ginger instead of fresh. Used flour not cornstarch. Served over brown rice. Plenty of sauce to be had.
IT WAS SO GOOD!
im sure its even better as written
This recipe is wonderful!! It was so good, I recommended my Omni mother to make it with meat for the rest of the family. I don't usually do that, but this was too good for anyone to miss out on. Will make again, and again, and again!
Very good. My husband ate 2 bowls, even with brown rice. Easy to make, will make again!
This was super!
I used maple syrup and frozen, then thawed tofu.. very tasty!!!
Yummo! this was soooo good. Make sure you don't let the sauce simmer too long, otherwise it gets really thick and gooey. Too gooey to coat the tofu. It was the yummiest thing I've made in a long time! Even the leftovers were outstanding!
