Oatmeal Smoothie
What you need:
1 cup apple juice
1 frozen banana (or any frozen fruit)
3 heaping tablespoons of uncooked oatmeal
3 tablespoons of vegan maple syrup ( or to your taste)
What you do:
Put everything in blender and blend until smooth
