Orange-Mango Soy Smoothie

What you need: 

1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 cup soy yogurt (plain or flavored)
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 to 1/2 chopped fresh or frozen mango, depending on size
scant sprinkling of Stevia, or enough sweetener to taste
Optional for more nutrition/yumminess:
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 tablespoon flax oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (tastes sorta like an orange Creamsicle)
any other fruit you want, such as berries, peaches, apricots, etc.
ice cubes

What you do: 

If using ice cubes or frozen mango place, these in the blender first. Add any nutrition boosters, fruit or flavorings on top, and then add liquids and yogurt.
Blend to desired consistency.
Pour into the biggest glass you have or split into two servings. Perfect for breakfast or snack!
