Nerdychaz's spicy sweet and sour tofu

What you need: 

1/2 tablespoon canola oil
1 cup peas
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1/2 pound tofu, cut into 1 inch squares
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup sweet and sour sauce
rice, to serve

What you do: 

1. Add oil to pan, spread and heat to medium high. Drop in vegetables and tofu, then add seasoning.
2. Stir fry until vegetables reach desired firmness. Remove pan from heat, while pan is still hot, add pineapple and sweet and sour sauce. Mix well.
3. Serve over rice.
