Mango Curry Crescent Cookies
1/2 cup vegan margarine
1/2 cup powdered sugar, plus extra for dusting
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup white whole wheat flour
1/2 cup finely chopped almonds
1/3 cup dried mango, finely chopped
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a large bowl, cream margarine with sugar. Add curry powder and almond extract and mix. Sift in flour and mix. Fold in ground almonds and dried mango.
2. Take a small ball of mixture and roll between palms of the hand to form a cresent. Continue with remaining mixture.
3. Bake for 15 minutes in the oven or until slightly golden brown. Cool on wire rack. To garnish cresents, dip into the extra icing sugar.

Gah, there is no coconut (now I feel stupid!) I should have that changed. I was distracted whilst submitting (I should stop multi-tasking) It should just be Mango Curry CRESCENT cookies. Oops ^^;;;;;
Where does the coconut (in the recipe name) come from?
