Mac and Cheez with Pumpkin

What you need:

1 pound brown rice macaroni (or favorite macaroni)
1/8 to 1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

What you do:

1) Fill a pot with water and heat to boiling. Add macaroni and cook according to directions on package. When done, drain and rinse it with cold water. Place back into the pot over low heat.
2) Add olive oil and then the pumpkin, stirring well until a smooth creamy mixture is covering the noodles. Stir in the spices and serve warm.
Source of recipe: While I was trying to get away from regular mac and cheese for my children i came up with this quick and wonderful recipe. My kids never new the difference -- they devour it every time.
