Light & Easy Peanut Butter Dip
What you need:
3 heaping tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 pack silken tofu
soy milk (as needed)
What you do:
Combine peanut butter, tofu and a bit of soymilk & blend! Add soymilk according to desired consistency. (If you use a hand blender- even EASIER-warm ingredients in the microwave for 30 second and stir before blending.) This is hardly even a recipe...but really yummy and great with celery!
