Chickpea Delight

What you need: 

1 can chickpeas
1 piece ginger root
4 mint leaves
6 sprigs cilantro
2 green chilies
salt and pepper to taste
roasted fennel seeds

What you do: 

Blend all ingredients in a grinder. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Serve with vegan bread.
