Leftover Taco Fixing Pizza

What you need:

1 pizza crust (we use Kroger brand - vegan!)
1/2 can refried beans
1/2 cup salsa (hot as you want it)
1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 pkg Morningstar Farms chicken or beef grillers (new - vegan - yum!)
1/2 avocado sliced or chunked
1/4 cup sliced or diced yellow onion
1/2 cup diced tomato (we used quartered cherry tomatoes)
diced jalapenos to taste
handful of chopped romaine lettuce

What you do:

Preheat the oven to ~450 F (or whatever the pizza crust package says).
If you haven't cooked the grillers in a skillet prior, do so per the package.
Mix together the refried beans and the salsa, you might heat them up to make the mixture more creamy if you like.
Spread bean/salsa mix on the pizza crust.
Sprinkle all the rest of the ingredients (except the lettuce) over the pizza. Obviously - add more or less to your taste (or according to your leftovers).
Bake ~ 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle lettuce on top!
Best served with a nice cold beer.
Enjoy!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Left out the brown rice, meat wanna-be, hot pepper, and lettuce. Added green pepper, black olives, and cheese. OMG YUM!!!  :)>>>
