Korean Soybean Sprout Side Dish Salad (Kongnamul Muchim)

What you need: 

12 ounces soybean sprouts
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon Korean chili flakes
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seed
1 bunch green onion, sliced

What you do: 

1) Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the soybean sprouts and boil the soybean sprouts for about 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.

2) Add the soybean sprouts in a large bowl and add in remaining ingredients. Toss until every thing is coated and mixed in. Taste and adjust dressing as desired. Enjoy!
