Kickin Buffalo Tempeh Wrap

What you need:

3 to 4 slices tempeh bacon
2 teaspoons + 'enough to marinade the temeph' cayenne pepper sauce (I use Franks) Dressing:
2 tablespoons miso salad dressing (I use Hannaford brand)
1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise (I use Vegenaise)
garlic powder, to taste
celery salt, to taste
cayenne pepper, to taste
a liberal pinch of tarragon
a little roasted red pepper puree or 1 teaspoon liquid from a prepared jar (optional) whole wheat wrap
lettuce, shredded
red onion, thinly sliced

What you do:

1. Marinate the tempeh in the cayenne pepper sauce for a few minutes (longer if you like).
2. Cook it in a skillet on medium heat for about 3 minutes.
3. Dressing: In a bowl, mix together all dressing ingredients and set aside.
4. Take your wrap and add the lettuce the thinly sliced red onion, and tempeh; then cover with remaining 2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper sauce and some or all of the dressing! Roll up and enjoy!
note: the miso dressing really adds a wonderful flavor to the dressing, but if you can't find any, the dressing is still great without it!
Source of recipe: I came up with this because I really missed the original version.
