Super Yummy Wrap

What you need: 

small amount of any chopped veggie that is great in a salad
raw unsalted sunflower seeds, about 4 tablespoons
romaine lettuce
chopped peppers, green, yellow or red
wraps of any kind
2 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoon lemon juice
pinch of tarragon
pinch of basil or 2 fresh basil leaves, torn
shake of tabasco sauce
drop of maple syrup
lots of garlic, crushed or chopped

What you do: 

Mix all the greens and other veggies in a bowl with the seeds. Mix all the herbs and spices with the olive oil and lemon juice and let stand for a minute or two or longer. Pour liquids over veggies and stir. Place some salad on a wrap and eat it.
There is so much room for playing here. I noticed that flax oil works well and Worcestershire sauce is good too. A vegan feta really enhances the flavor and texture too! Raw fooders; eat this as a salad, it is amazing without the wrap...

This is a very good recipe.  Be careful not to put too much of the liquid into the wrap though.  Great combination of spices!
