SO HOW'D IT GO?

OOOOOHHHH.  I just ate the first batch while it was still on the pan.  These are soooooooooooo good!  I just put another batch in the oven.  ;D ;D

These were good but they didn't taste like Lays to me which is just fine because I didn't expect them to. An inventive way to get in some extra greens and they have a very satisfying crunch. I do agree that they crumble in the little ones hands but she was more than happy to lick all the crumbs off of her fingers in between bites!!

These were really awful. I'm wondering if the varying reviews don't have something to do with the kale used. Maybe some will turn out better? Anyway, mine was extremely bitter and had a really horrible aftertaste. A few pieces didn't really turn crispy, and those pieces were really yummy and just tasted like cooked, seasoned kale and not bitter at all.

I just read that if you keep kale in a warm environment it will get bitter. Maybe that is what happened.  :-\

I just made these to eat with my vegan mozzarella and tomato sandwich. I loved them. Its a great way to incorporate more greens into the diet. My dog liked them too.

I was excited to make these because of all the reviews, but mine did not turn out that great. It may be because I added too much salt and vinegar, but even the Kale pieces without much salt didn't taste like chips to me. My two-year-old liked them. If you're making them for children, keep in mind they're VERY crumbly and messy. Also have some floss nearby if you plan on eating them--especially if you're at a social event. The pieces really stuck in my teeth :)

I didn't care for these either.  I love kale too!  It just tasted very strange to me.  Oh well, glad the others like it.

SO GOOD.  I used plain vinegar, collard greens, and no oil.

One warning- after enjoying this snack, check your teeth!

Delicious, Amazing, Easy!  Try it...They were GREAT!  They came so crunchy, just like potato chips.  I'll definitely be making these again very soon.
