Irish Cappuccino

What you need:

4 ounces espresso
4 to 6 ounces vanilla soymilk
1 ounce whiskey
Splash Kahlua (optional)
1 to 2 tablespoons amaretto or chocolate flavor syrup (optional)

What you do:

This recipe is more of a guideline. Personally, I like my cappuccinos with very little soymilk, but feel free to adjust to your taste in this respect and with the amounts of alcohol added.
1) Steam the soymilk and add it to the espresso. Add the whiskey and gently stir the whole drink with a spoon.
Add optional ingredients as desired. The Kahlua and flavor syrup add an interesting twist.
