I Dream of Muesli

What you need: 

1 cup oats
1/2 apple, chopped in small pieces
1/2 banana, sliced thinly
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup sliced almonds
2 teaspoons liquid sweetener of your choice
1 cup soy milk

What you do: 

Combine all ingredients in a dish with a fitting lid. Give it a little stir. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy the next morning.
This recipe is easily modified. Try other fruits and nuts. Shredded coconut is really good in it!

i just made this for breakfast this morning and it was fantastic! i altered it a bit by using 1/4 cup raisins, 1/4 cup carob chips, a tablespoon or so of flax seeds, and for the liquid sweetener i used molasses. i'm definitely making this again!
