I Dream of Muesli

Ingredients: 

1 cup oats
1/2 apple, chopped in small pieces
1/2 banana, sliced thinly
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup sliced almonds
2 teaspoons liquid sweetener of your choice
1 cup soy milk

Directions: 

Combine all ingredients in a dish with a fitting lid. Give it a little stir. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy the next morning.
This recipe is easily modified. Try other fruits and nuts. Shredded coconut is really good in it!
