Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

What you need: 

1 cup soy milk (I use vanilla soymilk)
1/3 cup frozen berries (any!)
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
2 tablespoon extra firm tofu
1/2 banana
1 carrot, chopped
2 tablespoons soy protein powder

What you do: 

I find this smoothie to be filling and delicious. Its especially quick if you chop the carrot the night before. Just put everything into a blender and wait until smooth. The banana provides the perfect amount of sweetness, and the soy and flaxseed add protein. Enjoy!
