Green Collard Wrap

What you need: 

1 green collard leaf
1-2 tablespoons bean spread (lentil spread, hummus, etc)
1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1 tomato, chopped
1 avocado
handful sprouts
cayenne pepper, to taste

What you do: 

1. Spread the bean dip on the leaf. Spread rice.
2. Add other veggies and sprinkle with cayenne, to taste.
3. Roll up (may get messy).
Enjoy!
