Garlic Pasta Salad
What you need:
2 cups cooked pasta
1/2 cup pearl size frozen peas
1/3 cup shredded dry jack cheese (optional) or use vegan shredded cheese
1/3 cup vegan Mayo
1/2 fresh lemon juice
pinch oregano
1 teaspoon thyme
2 or 3 cloves minced, fresh garlic
What you do:
Okay if you love garlic, this is the pasta salad for you! Super simple.
Just mix all the ingredients together.
Leave it in the refrigerator at least a few hours as the ingredients cool and bind; overnight even better.

SO HOW'D IT GO?
This was a fairly good recipe. I think that next time I make it I will add more garlic and more spices, because it seemed a bit bland to me. But I will try it again for sure!
I used two extra cloves of garlic and it was perfect (I love garlic, so those not as into it would be better off following the directions!) Very good.
