Fried Banana & Yogurt Dessert

What you need: 

2 bananas
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoon vegan margarine
3 tablespoons raw pistachios
8 cardamom pods
soy yoghurt

What you do: 

Cut the bananas into large 1" chunks. Fry them in the margarine and maple syrup until softened, but not mushy. Stir the bananas gently with a spatula from time to time so they don't fall apart. While the bananas are frying, crush the pistachios with a mortar and pestle, and toss them in with the bananas. Hull the cardamom and roughly grind the cardamom seeds, discarding the outer shells. Toss the cardamom seeds over the bananas.
Serve the bananas and the cooking syrup over plain soy yoghurt.
