French Toast

What you need:

2-3 tablespoons Ener-G Egg Replacer powder
1/4 cup warm water to mix with above powder
1/2-2/3 cup soymilk (any kind you wish) Vanilla Silk is yummy though
about 1 teaspoon vanilla
cinnamon
bread, any kind really
margarine or oil for cooking

What you do:

Mix the Ener-G (egg substitute) with the warm water, mix well, as it congeals fast. Then add to soymilk and stir a little. Add vanilla.
Dip the bread into the "egg" mixture and then fry. The pan should be hot, to keep it congealed. Fry for about . . . 5 minutes, I think, maybe less. I like my french toast cooked well. Some like soggy, so however you like the texture.
Then enjoy. I load mine with peanut butter and some real maple syrup.
