Easy Acai Coconut Yogurt

What you need: 

1 (13 ounce) can full fat coconut milk
1 tablespoon acai powder
1 probiotic capsule
several drops stevia, to taste

What you do: 

1. Combine all ingredients together.
2. Store in fridge uncovered overnight.
Put in smoothies or top with fruit and granola.
Source of recipe: I love foods that when you eat them you can really "feel" how it's healthy for you. The dark purple colour is enough to show you how antioxidant rich this food really is. I could have put this in a smoothie, but immediately thought to combine it with coconut for some reason, and I'm really craving yogurt lately.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

sounds good. what kind of probiotic capsule did you use? was it specifically for yogurt making, or was it the kind you would take as a supplement orally?
