Cream Cheez, Red Pepper Spread & Veggie Sandwiches
What you need:
2 pieces bread, toasted (I like Dave's Killer Bread)
vegan cream cheese (I like Tofutti Better than Cream Cheese)
red pepper spread or red pepper hummus
a few pinches of golden flax seeds
vegetables (any that you want - I enjoy the following)
cucumber, sliced
peppers, sliced
tomatoes, sliced
avocado, sliced
onion, sliced
What you do:
1) Toast the bread. Spread with vegan cream cheese and red pepper spread. Sprinkle with flax seeds and add veggies. Enjoy!

I never thought to put cream cheese with red pepper hummus. Great idea! I'll definately have to try this one :)
