Chocolate Haystacks
What you need:
1 cup rolled oats (instant or non, I like non-instant)
1/2 cup melted vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips (I use Ghiradelli)
1/4-1/3 cup sweetened coconut flakes
What you do:
Pour together Oats and Coconut in a medium bowl. Heat chocolate chips in a separate dish either in microwave or on the stove top. Combine ingredients. Enjoy!!
